Series of one off lessons (mapped to the new Computing curriculum in England) designed to introduce students to programming using TouchDevelop.

micro:bit 8-Ball

In this introduction to programming using TouchDevelop and the BBC micro:bit, students will create a “Magic 8-Ball” game. The game will work by generating a random predictions when the micro:bit is shaken or a button is pressed e.g. “Yes”, “Most likely” and “Outlook not so good”.

micro:bit Sorting Hat

In this gentle introduction to the BBC micro:bit, you are going to create a Harry Potter style sorting hat using the BBC micro:bit.

micro:bit Musician

In this lesson, students will learn how to create music with their BBC micro:bit.
